1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of solissystems.app, the website of Solis Systems, an AI solutions and automation business operated by two cofounders, with its primary operating location in Illinois, United States. Our initial focus is serving businesses throughout the United States, primarily established pet-service businesses.

These website terms concern browsing, inquiries, and introductory consultations. Paid services are governed by separately agreed service terms. Questions may be directed to contact@solissystems.app.

2. Website information and consultations

Website information describes our approach and potential services. Examples are illustrative; they do not guarantee a particular result, capability, implementation timeline, or financial outcome.

Our free, 20-minute business audit is an introductory consultation to explore your business needs and possible next steps. It is not a formal financial, legal, cybersecurity, or compliance audit.

Sending an inquiry or booking a consultation does not require you to buy services and does not create a paid service agreement.

3. Separate service agreements

Any paid engagement will be subject to separately agreed terms covering the relevant scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, implementation, support, intellectual property, confidentiality, and data handling.

These website terms do not amend an existing client agreement. If there is a conflict concerning contracted services, the applicable service agreement governs those services.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website to learn about Solis Systems and make legitimate business inquiries. You must not use it to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity or impersonate another person or business.
  • Send malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

When contacting us, provide accurate information and only share information you are authorized to disclose.

5. Website content and ownership

The website’s text, design, branding, graphics, and other materials belong to their respective owners or are used under applicable licenses.

You may view the website to evaluate our services. Commercial copying, redistribution, or reuse requires permission unless permitted by law or an applicable license.

Using the website does not transfer ownership of its content. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables will be addressed in the relevant service agreement.

6. Third-party services

Our website links to Calendly for scheduling. Communications and meetings may involve Google Workspace, Google Meet, and, with appropriate consent, Fathom.

These services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices, and their availability is controlled by their providers. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy and meeting recording

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about website visits, inquiries, scheduling, and meetings.

Using this website or booking a consultation does not constitute consent to meeting recording or transcription. We request affirmative consent from every participant before recording or transcribing a meeting. If anyone does not consent, we proceed without recording or transcription.

Recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries remain private by default. Sharing relevant meeting records with clients, teammates, or authorized implementation providers is handled manually with appropriate disclosure and authorization, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability, accuracy, and limitations

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, protections, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Obligations and remedies for contracted services are addressed in the relevant service agreement.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms as the website or our business changes. The published terms will identify their effective or updated date. Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend a separately agreed client contract.

For questions about these terms, contact contact@solissystems.app.
